Red face Serious concern on my 1994 wrx....Please helpp!!!

The car had been running well until today I had it MOT'd and just got it home from the garage earlier and i have noticed it sounds like its got an extra noise coming from the engine.
Once opening the bonnet I can also see that one of the belt drive wheels has an extensive wobble to it and this is what is defintly causing the noise ive never seen it wobble like that while going around.
Its got 2 belts attatched to it which are running the alternator i can see its the main crank wheel that is in the middle, if that makes sense.
any 1 know why this would start wobble like that, isit coming loose?
could the garage have done something to it??
    any help would be appreciated

    thanks.
