Need a quick ID of a part...

Hey all, just a quick question... What is it this, why isn't it plugged in? it looks like a little pizoelectric horn, but I'd much rather know what it is any why a previous owner would have unplugged it.

    Thanks
    Niels

Plug it back in & see what happens.

Not responsible for any damage after plugging it back in
