    Is my clock a gonner?

    I had some spare time tonight so I figured I would see what was the deal with my clock. The previous owner said it hasn't worked in years. I pulled it out and it has this black "dot" on the bottom left. I tried taking some pictures to show you all, but I have a feeling that it may be fried? Not sure. You be the judge.

    Haha, yea, that thread earlier is what inspired me to go take a look. But that's what I thought...bugga. I was going to put a triple gauge pod there anyways, but it would have been nice to have the clock working until that were to happen.

    Yep, mine has the burn mark too. Just fixed mine the other night.

    My R510 was broken on the bad side (under the display) but I was able to get at it w/ the soldering gun and did both sides so the other one doesn't go in the future

    Do it.
