I just hooked up my boost gauge a few days ago, which reads hkpa,

but ive been getting a peak boost reading of 1.03.

I just noticed though that i believe i have a boost leak. In 3rd gear at steady or WOT, I will reach a peak, and then while keeping the throttle steady i drop off back to the negatives. what could the problem be?
