Exhaust silencer makes engine run hotter?

I currently have a GReddy TI-C catback system. I'm running stock downpipe. Was just wondering, I don't want to get into morre trouble due to loud exhaust thats why I put on my silencer for.

My question is, is it bad for the engine when I have my silencer put in the exhaust? I mean, will it make the engine run hotter then normal?

    Thanks

Not at all. Enjoy your exhaust with or without a silencer
