She fired right up yesterday. Everything seems good. I'm currently running a safe map with 4500rpm & 9psi boost limits. There's a little dip at idle but I think that will go away with further tuning. I'm going to hook up the EGT & WBO2 this week along with some other tweaks here & there. I need to permanently mount the new BCS, persuade the IC brackets so the IC doesn't rub on the hood, etc. I can definately feel the extra torque from the motor & the P/P manifolds & heads. I also feel the added NVH from the Group N motor mounts but that was expected.

Oh, it sure was. We primed the motor/turbo by pulling the ignition fuse & turning it over a bunch of times. We put the fuse back in & she was good to go.

We turned it by hand first while it was still on the motor stand just to make sure there was no interference.

I got the Innovate WBO2 controller & the Autometer EGT gauge & sensor in. I couldn't use the Autometer WBO2 digital gauge with the Innovate controller because they are both standalone units. I opted to go with the Innovate controller & i'm ordering their XD-16 WBO2 digital gauge. Now all I have to do is pick up a DB9 to USB cable for my laptop. I'm off to do that now!

I'm still running a base tune. I'm waiting to hear back from the tuner as to when he has an opening. It's a road tune, so i'll have to find a dyno to get some numbers. I think the closest AWD dyno to me is Moon Performance in Lake Placid.
