speed bump issue

my brother has his car lowered, 04 wrx, he went over a speed bump slowly and scraped the dp. after making if over the speed bump the car shut off and won't start back up. when he tried to start it, it will crank but won't start. says he can't hear his fuel pump when he puts the key in the ignition but he checked the pump and everything looked normal.

any suggestions?

just for the future take speedbumps at an angle

possibly it was so low that it knocked the 02 sensor wire off or off competely? check both the front and rear sensor and check your fuses.
