"Fluttering" sound... is it normal? Vid inside

Ever since I installed a full turbo-back exhaust system, I get a pretty loud "fluttering" noise from my engine bay area. I believe its the turbo and it only happens as it tries to spool. Once its spooled and boosting I can't really hear it. Is this normal? I checked for exhaust leaks and didn't find anything.

    Here are my mods:

    - 4" downpipe to 3" exhaust
    - Cobb accessport stage 2 protuned

Click here to see the video of it:

Do a search for "Wastegate Flutter." It's totally normal.

Could also be the characteristic "boxer rumble." It might also be a post-turbo exhaust leak, although I doubt it. Your car sounds pretty normal for having a huge 4" downpipe...

No it's not. Won't do anything at all. No need to worry about it. It can be remedied by tightening the wastegate arm, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you really know exactly what you're doing.
