Give your car what it needs, 91 or better.

over here in FL we have 93 octane with that 10% stuff in it and my car has been fine. its such a small amount that you wont see any side effects of it. (atleast most people have no had any problems)

its only a $2-3 difference anyways. Give it what it needs or sell it. 89 will casue it to perform rough and potential hurt the car.

I put in 94... ALWAYS. Whenever I'm in a place that doesn't have it and I HAVE to put in 91, my mileage drops like a rock. I think it's actually cheaper to use the good stuff as it's better for the engine AND pocketbook in the end even tho it may seem cheaper while looking at the pump and choosing what looks like it would be cheaper... BLAH... blah ...blah,
