    Really pissed, weird stuff happening

Today i was coming home from work and out of no where my cruse control light on the dash started to go and of, on and off, and my check engine light is on. Do both of them mean something? Car seems to drive fine, no weird noise out of the hood.

CC is disabled whenever you throw a CEL

Get the code read - it could be nothing serious, or it could be a real problem.

    Catalyst inefficiency / rear o2

Sure there isn't a catless DP on the car?

Cool just a bad rear O2. Is this normal on a 40k mile car?

This is a typical code for someone that puts an aftermarket DP on their car without EM (I threw it when I had the POS HKS DP on my car, which has since been replaced by the stocker)

I have a stock DP, only a cat-back, could that be the prob? I bought the car w/ that thing already on. And do i need just to change the rear O2 or a new cat?

I have thrown a 0420 on a totally stock high mileage 04 STi before. I cleared it and it hasn't come back in over 5,000 miles. I would say give everything a good once over in the engine bay to make sure there's nothing super obvious wrong with the car, and as long as the car runs and drives fine, I wouldn't spend a whole lot of time worrying about it.
