I have a 03 with typical knock issuses 2.0t and am swapping it out for a 05 2.5t, harness, ecu, all that jazz. I started disassembly this morning and now im stuck. The engine is unbolted from the trans and still seems like its stuck. I removed two studs, Im clearing the guide pins, and am getting a 2inch gap between the engine and trans. Perhaps the pilot bearing is ceased?
