    turbo problem?

ok so i have had my car for about a month now. the other day it started making this weird this high pitched rattle/ squell sound when it is rev'd up. so i did a lil messing around with it. and i found out it does not make this sound in first or second gear only third and up. and it only makes the sound when im giving it gas, but only from about 4800rpm-on. i plugged in my acces port and im seeing bout 12 psi of boost, and on the boost gauge in the car it goes up really fast then stops a few ntches down from the .1 on the gauge. and like i sid when it hits about 4800rpm is when the sound starts to come on. What do you guys think?

    Thanks
