For the past few weeks mine has come on intermittently. I just ignore it and it goes away. Airbags are for pussies anyways.

My dealer seemingly fixed this after several attempts under warranty. It was a wiring harness in the passenger seat.

dont know about the older wrx's, but the new(er) ones have a sensor that detects when over 75 lbs(i think) is in the seat. passenger airbag wont go off unless theres someone sitting there basically.
