Idle Problems

I have recently started my Impreza up for the first in about 8 months.

It is idleing at around 2k and wont drop down

I have read the ECU fault codes and got error code 24 and 31 any ideas on an easy fix?

My guess would be bad gas and a possible bad battery.

Im assuming these are the codes you meant by the numbers posted...

P0031 - Front oxygen (A/F) sensor heater circuit low input

P0024 "B" camshaft position-timing over advanced or system performance (Bank 2)

31 sounds like the front o2 is going bad or went bad.
