    Number 4 Cylinder?

    I have a 02 WRX and I am getting a misfire on the number four cylinder but I have no clue witch one that is. My guess would be the passenger side closest to the firewall, but thats just a guess on how I have seen other engines set up. I am trying to determine if I have a bad coil pack or not. I don't want to start swapping coil packs without knowing witch one is number four.

    The driver/passenger side change according to market.

    The even cyls are on the side with the battery.

    The odd cyls are on the side with the turbo.

    The numbers increase toward the firewall.
