I need some help peeps. Im only hitting 6.5psi at wot in 3rd and 4th gear. Ive already replaced the vacuum lines on the t-fitting and the restrictor pill. I've got a boost solenoid on the way also. Is there anything else that could be causing this? Any advise on what else to check?

Several things.
1. I see you are Cobb stage 1. They have an HWG map for the 02 that may help. You can always call them for tech help too, they are great.
2. Your WG actuator arm may need to be adjusted, fairly common. (yes it has threads and is adjustable)
3. You have a boost leak somewhere. Take your car to a shop and have it smoke tested.
4. Your turbo could be fried, or your catted UP plugged, or your catted UP came apart and destroyed the turbo.
5. Your boost gauge isn't working right.

talked to cobb and they said that HWG is for bigger than stock turbos.
im getting a catless uppipe next week so that woudl take care of a clogged problem. No boost gauge just using the AP.
for adjusting the wg actuator arm i cant see much of it the heatsheild is in the way. which way would i turn the nut? Should the bcs make a clicking sound when the car is in test mode?
