    well thats it? no resolve? i think im having the same problem.. I swaped my coil packs all over trying to isolate problem.... new plugs. only when cold though. been having prob for months now and it driving me nutz!

    Here's what you need to do:
    1) Start a new thread
    2) List your year/model car and mods (if any)
    3) Describe the problem in as much detail as possible

    im down with the crank postion sensor? how do you check that? do i measure resistance? I actually had that go bad on a old car of mine took forever to diagnose. ofcourse the car had 190k and not 40k.
