take a small flat head and the bezel of the foglight and it will pop out, youll see the screws holding the foglight housing. you can see images in the owners manual.

    1. Read this first 2004 ( 04 '04) foglight ( fog ) bulb replacement
    2. Purchase new H4 bulbs
    3. Start changing bulbs
    4. Break H4 bulb base
    5. Unplug foglamp assembly drive to part store
    6. Purchase new H4 bulb
    7. Drive home, drink frosty adult beverage (in that order, THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!)
    8. Insert newly purchase bulb into assembly
    9. Replace foglamp assembly
    10. Check for now functioning foglamps
    11. Right side still doesn't work, disassemble everything again
    12. Plug appropriate wire into backside of foglamp assembly
    13. Put it all back together
    14. Enjoy now functioning foglamps!!!

Read this again, then complete your bulb replacement in half the time I did.

    You're welcome.
