    Snow extravaganza

I managed to pull this one off in Danvers MA, route 1 northbound in late JAN06.
About $7,200 in damage. I was passed by a car on the right who then proceded to slide sideways out of control into my lane. I avoided ramming him, however, the terrible stock allweather tires felt that traction was no longer needed, and i went into a guard rail. Air bags did not deploy.

theres a good contrast of the front end. i should of stayed on vacation in FL a little longer! undamaged photo taken 25DEC05

maybe if i was driving fast and wreckles on that day i could at least learn a lesson, but all i learned was buy snow tires and dont drive with other people on snow.

Was it that EVO in the background? It looks guilty.

They always look guilty of something.

Dench: Sorry to read and see about your car ...

Unlike some here, I do not go and play in the snow with the WRX. You never know when something like this may happen. I still have the RE92s as well for the winter.
