    Minor bump..

Ok, so long story short.. I stopped on a bridge to help a poor lady in a jeep who spun out..
Backed up with flashers on, just about to get out when some other lady spun and rear ended me..
    insurance took full responsibility
    took to bodyshop
    booked it in
    picked it up yesterday morning..

    Heres the bad part.
Found a huge run in the paint, so they took it back in on the spot and tried to fix it...
screwed it up even more, so they told me to take it back this morning..

Now, having a few mins at work I started looking closer. The estimate says they would take off the rear bumper prep it and repaint it.. but this is what I found....

So, my question is, how should I re-approach this? I already paid, and they have been very nice so far. But they are obviously cutting corners..

This one shows an area around the plate that flexes real bad and the paint just sucks around the flex.

Take it back, that's a hack job. If they won't correct it, call the insurance company and demand that it's fixed correctly.

i second that. they should know better than to do a job that crappy... I had a similar problem with my integra. I ended bringing it back to them 4 or 5 times. Finally got it close to perfect... Had to call insurance company back up and threaten.

Yeah, looks like a second rate shop did a second rate job to me. Most definately they cut corners. Go back and tell them to fix it, and to fix it right. They need to get under the car and get that paint off your muffler and hanger too. I would have the insurance number handy too in case they get all snooty with you.

Well its going in for the third time on tuesday..

They actually took it off the second time and did a pretty good job, but there was still flaws..

This being the worse part. And they forgot to clean off the paint from underneath.
