I read it with my Accessport and it reads "Throttle Position Sensor Switch 'A' Circuit Low Input". Anybody know if this is serious or what caused the light to come on? Should I do anything about it? I cleared the light and am waiting to see if it returns. Any help is appreciated.

i also have an 04 wrx impreza that throws the P0122 code which is "Throttle/ Pedal Postion Sensor/ Switch A Circit low input ..... what mods have you done...... i have a Turboxs BOV and i did the airbox silencer deleat which i dont believe effect the tps but i work at the local toyota dealer ship and on monday i plan on clearing the code ..... pulling the sensor inspecting/cleaning it and then testing to see if it has any open spots in it... im guessing that the subies have a two trip system which means that the problem has to occor twice before throwing the light . The code isnt bad in anyway its just letting you know that there was an open spot in your throttle postion sensor where it read 0%
