Just as a guess, I'd think somehow the window seal got bound up. If it happens again you might want to try a little silicone spray on the seal.

i get this little wind noise on the driver's side window cruising around 60-70 mph on the highway. . .i feel the area and it is cold but couldn't really tell if air was coming through. . i opened the window and closed it again and it was gone. . anybody have this problem??

It is also possible to adjust the height of the window when closed. But i would reccomend letting them do it at a dealership....
