    For sunroof owners:

This question is primarily directed towards wrx owners with the sunroof option (MY04/05 premium package):

When sliding the sunroof closed, does it literally stop about 1/3 of the way, and you have to hit the button again to close it the rest of the way?

I have a '05 wrx w/ the premium package and i was just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this.

Yup, it's a safety feature. Mine does the same thing.
Apparently kids were getting their heads chopped off or something.

Yup. Mine does the same thing. It really annoys me. It sould just open or close. Why they incorporated the stop point I dont know. But unless both yours and mine is broken, it is normal.
