    dont hear spolling bov doesnt work when shifting no vacum on lines from turbo and from factory boost controller

    sounds like what's wrong is that it might be broken. more likely you have a vaccum leak. If you have an aftermarket BOV, the vaccum hose might be kinked or off...or it might be stuck open.

    what are your mods? how many miles are on the car?

    without the above information, it is very hard to diagnose the issue.
