    if you are talking about an oil drain plug - I'd recommend the fumoto valve. I love mine.

    i would recommend ngk copper plugs bkr6es. great performance, only down side is low life. just switch them out every 10-15k miles and youll be fine.

    since they're a pain to change out, i would go with long-life platinum or iridium. the oem platinum model # is in the car manual - NGK PFR6G. what i just put in are iridium, the model for stock cars is NGK BKR6EIX

    iridium are basically the same as platinum plugs, they supposedly last just as long, but made with different material.
