Nope. Tires that are directional will have an arrow on the sidewall indicating direction of rotation.

It's not a good idea to switch the rotation of any radial tire. Some tires are just meant to go in a certain direction from the start. Others you can start in either direction, just keep them in that direction.

As in once they "get used to" spinning in one direction, keep them spinning that way? Yes, I would agree with that.

Yeah on any radial tire, once it's been driven in one direction you don't want to change the direction. Also, some tires come stamped with an arrow from the factory as to which way the tire should rotate.

    Me thinks me said that.

Redline: You would be best off wearing out the RE92s as fast as you can. You can then replace them with some good tires and see what the WRX can do with proper shoes.

I second that!! The stock tires HARDLY do justice. After putting on some BFG KDWS tires my WRX turned into a new car! New tires have got to be the cheapest most effective upgrade anyone can do to a WRX.

correct on the stockers you could not trust the car in turns but with some nice rubber like pirelli the car sticks through corners like glue on paper.

changing direction on some tires (MOST newer tires actually) increases the chances of tread seperation.
