    what plugs did you use? did you gap them? if so what is the gap? did you put the spark plugs in tite enough?

    I just checked my plugs and yeah, white in the front, black in the back. In the future do them one at a time so that there is no confusion. Other than that, did you reconnect everything properly, MAF sensor etc. Are you sure that the coil packs seated properly over the plug?

    You want to make sure you don't put the plugs in too tight though. The tourque specs is something like 15lbs or something really low.

    i used the subbaru plugs the factory kind, and i gapped em to 32/1000 so i have no idea what it is the wierd thing is i took it to autozone to check the computer, and the computer wouldnt link with their thingamjig it said link error or sopmehting ii hope my ecu isnt broke, but in the event it is any suggestions what i should getr?

    You could get a Link, Autotronic, AEM EMS, Hydra. They are all $$ though.

    Subaru service manual says the gap should be .028 - .031 so you may be a bit too wide, however that small of a difference shouldn't make it run like crap. It sounds like one of your plugs may be bad.
