Falls Rd. Just north west of Baltimore is a nice 30 mile stretch of moderate to advanced road course style driving.
During the day time, it's heavy with municpal and commuter traffic. The best time to go is early in the morning on a sunday as there is no traffic and it's light enough to see any animals in the course. Night time is fun, however hazardous as there are many deer that come close to the roadway during the night time in addition to there not being any street lights and it is very very dark out there.
Once you reach the end of Falls Rd. you can flip a U-turn to head back to town or you can hang a right to head into a nice neighborhood, which you should drive slowly through as there are children, but the drive is still nice.
Getting there, you should take 695 Exit 22 to Greenspring Ave. From there, you'll want to head EAST onto Greenspring(head towards the bend away from the lights).
You follow greenspring to a light at which you'll turn right, then left onto falls at the following light.. Escape is the reverse of entry.
