That would make a sweet place to meet even though it is far.

    yep that be cool!
got to get the golf back on the road soon. i have no means of measurement but I sware feel like that golf can do a freeking 1.0+g . thats why I cant bring myself to sell it. early this year I was pulling 80 on the palmdale side going to foothill and there was a bike on my side of the double yellow. we look at each other for a moment. I sware he was ready to soil his riding pants. I was doing about 80 into the corner with tires barking when I saw him. I slowed slightly and still made more then enough room on a 70-80 degree corner. same day as I was on the foothill side a bike cranked up the speed in a corner. I was like ok I can do that to. kinda freeked him out he kept looking behind him. funny they post the speed trap. funny thing is that it kinda moved from there to the top part where it splits for palmdale. I scared my best freind on that road. grabing the "O my god strap" when he was talking smack about his civic. man I love that road.

Yeah I hear about alot of bikers wrecking up there. Too bad the closest carving road around here is Mulholland and it usually has slow drivers on it. :-/ If you make one mistake you fly off the hill too. No guardrails.

I like hwy 2 as it has the rocks on the top of the road and provides awsome grip!

Thumbs up big sur/ montery bay/ morro bay

just about 3 months ago i trecked up to montery bay from long beach CA for my anniversary with my girlfriend, pretty much taking the hwy 1 the whole way up there. now this is a road that has everything you could want in coastal driving. the only bad thing was is that i was driving my girlfriends bone stock '00 civic. now mind you i drive fast anyways and i was pushing this car to the limits... my dad had my car going to vegas so i was at a lost.
but now is a new day when i get my car out of the shop from adding my mods and its time to take the misses back up to montery bay in the car we shouldve driven. hang on and buckle up!!!

    :)

    Looks good!

Thanks -- did it change at all or was there just a potential network burp?
