    Alright, so it's only like 5 miles long and patrolled by three kinds of cops (DC, Park Police and Secret Service), but damn, if you get it on the right day (especially light- to moderate snow) it's the most fun you can have in the city.

    yeah, and on weekends it's only open to pedestrians, bicylcists, and skaters
