I've been driving Rt.82 for years, even before moving out of state. I still get back to DE around the holidays to visit my folks, and I always make it out to Rt.82. Rt.9 is good too, but watch out around the South St. George's area.....lots of cops...Especially by that small beach in Delaware City.
