help!! help!! problems about the WRC head light installation

WRXin, have you ever thought about painting the black to match your WRB??

Im going to get these along with a grille and probably factory painted sideskirts.. but im not sure if i wanna keep them black, or paintmatch them.

and suggestions?

I really like the off look of the black. It reflects a little bit of my personality

I saw that you photochopped them in the other thread. Unfortunately, the screen I have at work is very dim and I can't make out how it really looks like. I'll let you know what I think once I get home

hi!! I am having a problem after I installed the WRC headlight. The high beam and the high beam signal were on. When I push to turn on the high beam, both light bulb was on but those light are very very weak. I am not really sure if the wires that came with the headlight are mixed up or not. So what I could do for it?? is it a problem if I just leave the high beam on?? or it may cause the shortage?? Thank for u guys help!!

Did you use the wiring harness, or did you hard wire it?

Hi!! actually what is the differnce between the wiring harness and hard wired?? the one I am using is like a hub that comes with the light!! It is perfectly fit to connect the wires from the car.
I think I probably using a wiring harness.

oh i think i misunderstand the hard wire that u meant. is the hard wire means if i did make the connections tightly??

I understand you just fine

It sounds like you used the wiring harness that came with it. You should not use it as it will cause a short later on down the line, and as you can see the lights will not work properly with it.

What I mean by hard wiring is getting wire taps, and tapping the wires on the new headlights to the wires from the stock unit. That's what these instructions I typed above are talking about. Let me know if you understand what I'm saying. If not, then I'll try to help you further

Hmmm...I really don't know what to tell ya. I wired mine like I've stated in the preceding instructions, and they work fine. Sorry I couldn't be of any help
