    Hi guys,

I just manage to attach a pic of my wagon while on the track last week.

I was trying out the BC BR coilover which I have fix.

Hope I got the attachment correct!

BigSky, Thanks alot with the hookup at Alexperformance. I got every thing on today. The ride quality is awsome with the RCE wagon springs. I have one issue right now, the front right is like popping/clunking. I havn't had time to check everything out yet. Just trying to get the car to settle in abit to get the ride height right. These springs are alot nicer the the Tein H tech's I just took off.

Brian some things to check: insure the top nut is fully seated, this is very common for it not to be- just a slight gap will cause a clunk. I'd suggest putting a air gun to it (suspension fully loaded)- just a couple of short zaps (it doesn't take much- too much and guys have actually sheared the strut shaft off!!!!!)

sway links up front, I have often found noises I thought for certain were coming from the strut instead be from the sway links. an easy test is simply undo one side of the sway bar and drive the offending roads/bumps and see if still makes noise- if it does cross sway links off the list.

sometimes a mis-assembly of the strut can make noise- getting the domed washer upside down, getting the domed washer under the upper spring perch (I did this once ), not getting the upper perch lined up correctly- the middle hole of the upper perch should be centered on the strut and faced directly outward.

occasionally the subframe comes loose and will clunk, even the brake calipers- go through my chassis torque setting tutorial and insure everything is torqued correctly

hopefully one of those will do the trick

^^ gents the silver and gray wagons w/ the black rims look good

I will give them a shot. I have a 19.2 volt electric impact I can use or go to my dads. I made my own spacers in the bottom of the strut to get more bump stroke, due to cutting to much off the tubes. Might pull that one off and see if it has bottomed out and make a new one at work on monday. I haven't touched the front swaybar yet, I do have a new whiteline bar for the front and will be getting new endlinks once I get it on.

It rides so much nicer with this setup then the Dspecs and the H Techs. So I will let you know what I find out.

    yup

    fronts 8610-1351 02-07
    rears 8610-1408 02-03 OR rears 8610-1440 04-07

rears are dependent on what style springs your going to run 02/03 or 04+

the housings can come from any year - I'm running 04+ rears in 02 housings
