I don't think you can go wrong w/the H6 upgrade.
I had a set of BC coilovers fitted last week. The handling and turn in has improved so dramatically. Also have whiteline front and back sway bars and endlinks. The front upper strut brace is on its way. So my suspension is sorted!!!
who makes a good spring for a 03 wagon? coilovers are a little out of my price range
I've been pleased with my Prodrives on my 2002. A nice balance between ride and performance.

... Except you can hardly find the prodrive springs anywhere since they've been discontinued. From what I understand, the Eibach Prokit are essentially the same springs as the Prodrive (they rebadged Eibach anyhow).
