I was trying to think of some quick reference things that apply to wagons, and these are the only things I could think of off the top of my head and find.

roof rail removal

whiteline rear strut install

best wagon wheel/tire size?
From reading it seems like 7.5" with +50-52 work the best without rubbing at all. I've read of people with those sizes and 225/40/18 without any rubbing even lowered and with a load. Can anybody verify or counter this? I know one person has 18x8 w/ +51 and 225/40/18, but I don't know if that one rubs. Anybody know?
edit: wagon specific wheel/tire info here:

Jetguy, how did you make that cool little "turbo" emblem plate on the front of your car? Looks like a porsche turbo emblem but I would love to know the details if your willing to give 'em!:D

I have to say that I love that hood^
But I'd miss the scoop- wonder what it's look like with both...
why would you want a reverse scoop for drawing air from the FMIC over the top and then a top scoop to draw it down again? Especially if there isn't even an intercooler up there any more? In one of the threads I just posted, there is a clean black GX wagon, so it has no scoop at all. Looks really clean to me.
