I see that you removed the stock MAF tube. Are you using a blow-through MAF system?

On top of what Zax has to say

If we are getting technical, I have to ask, what are you're intentions with regard to a cold air supply for the air filtter system?

I bought the cheap ebay headlights and took the inside headlight housing out of the inside pass. side and have a 45 degree hose that feeds air direct to it. i also am putting a cut out in the front of my hood to flow more air to it and building a custom head shield hehind it, and also i will have it siting further away fromt he engine, i just have it there cause i dont have anythign i need for the finished product yet and wanted to get it running...

the spt intake has the MAF sensor located on it. so it is sitting right before the throttle.

Ah OK, so since the TB is after the turbocharger, then you are using a blow-through MAF system (after BOV, before TB)! Question inadvertently answered
