Hi ... new to this forum, but I own a Wrap Shop in NJ and this is how we care for Matte Vinyl finishes:

    To clean:
    http://www.croftgateusa.com/componen.../8-multi-clean

To protect: (we give them to our customers for matte wrap care)
    https://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-G144...SIN=B000RXNLK6

Be sure to spray on clean microfiber cloth first, then apply (one cloth for cleaner, separate cloth for detailer).
