    Subaru emblem removal 2015 wrx

So i have been planning on changing the color of the background of the subaru emblem to red instead of blue. I have found many tutorials on how to remove the subaru emblems but none of them are seeming to work. The two metal bars are stopping me from removing the emblem.

My end goal is to have a red subaru emblem, red wrx badge, red subaru badge, (just painted my brake calipers red), (i have red LED's installed under the driver seats and the dash).

I don't know how the 15 install in they could be a bit different, I just remember you'll need a source of heat to soften the adhesives and a lot of force (careful not to break anything. I need a new emblem as mine cracked a bit in this process somewhere) the lens should separate with a flat head or pushing from behind. Can't really go too much more off memory it's been a while
