    Plasti Dip pros and cons?

Just recently started looking into Plasti Dip after seeing it pop up on the forums. I watched a few videos of some pretty impressive paint jobs that come out of it. I have a 2009 blue WRX, im not planning on doing a full paint job, more of painting the trim and possibly the roof. So, i am just looking for some first hand knowledge on it. How long it lasts, appearance, climate, washing, collecting dirt, etc etc

I did the fender badges on my '13 WRX. They went pretty easy although I had to use a razor to trim it in certain areas where it wanted to peel up. Very easy to remove any overspray through peeling or rubbing the thin areas. I've had it there for two months, hasn't changed at all. I wash my car frequently and the wash has those side jets when you drive in, but they haven't disturbed the plasti-dip. I'm paranoid about people rubbing it is all.

When you did your roof did it look like a flat color? did you use the glosser? Did you use a rattle can or a paint gun?

Pros= reasonably cheap, easy to apply, decent finish, peels off if you dont like it
Cons= peels off even if you do like it
    Find a low-mileage one-owner unmodified '04/'05 and you're golden.

ive only used it on my headlights for eyelids. i wanted it to be able to peel off if it didnt like it, a few coats of plastdip as a base and then a few layers of paint on top to match my car color. hasnt peeled off yet and i like it.
