Lightbulb recommendations: 2006 front fascia "chin"

I need to replace the lower wrap around front fascia/bumper air dam piece on my 2006 WRX as mine is a bit chewed & cracked. I would love to find one that would not only look good, be more functional, but would also let me switch from the crappy projector fog lamps that are stock on my car to say the 5" lights that came on earlier Subaru's so I can mount a set of 5" HID driving lights in there. My car occasionally finds itself driven at stupid fast triple digit speeds in the dark http://www.clubwrx.net/ubb/rolleyes.gif where it REALLY needs the extended long reach of a very high quality HID driving light.

Does anybody have any suggestions (about the fascia or lighting, not about my driving habits - lol) or know of any product that may allow me to do this.

    Thanks -

    Dave

Replace the bumper with a used one you can find on the forums for cheap...remove the foglight bezzles and mount your lights there? Cut the covers to fit the lights on question?

Or just mount up a Rallyinnovations light bar.

Yeah, I thought about trying to use the stock inserts to fab up a mold that I could use to make a fiberglass insert for the 5" lights or something like that (I did not want to just use the openings - that would look just too hacked), but then I thought it can't be an outrageous thing - SOMEBODY must make something like this already???

I've been looking for something clean like this for a 2013 for awhile. Don't know if they exist. Thinking I'm going to build a DIY bracket to recess into the front air dam

Id love to see pictures of that when its done.
    Find a low-mileage one-owner unmodified '04/'05 and you're golden.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall.
Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
