    How to remove WRX wing ?

    im sure its pretty easy to do, but can somebody please explain how to remove the wing off an 04 wrx?
    i tried searching on youtube and here, but could not find it.
    im a noob boob and new the wrx scene.

    The best way to do it is to swap trunks with someone who wants a wing. Otherwise, you'll have holes left that will need to be plugged.

    EDIT: You may need to add a third brake light as well

    I'd imagine the hardest part is finding someone who is willing to trade with you. Try searching for a tutorial, I'm sure there's one out there.

    It is 4 bolts and disconnecting the brake light connector.

    That is it. very simple.

    Then you just need to head to the auto parts store and get the grommet assortment kit and see which plugs fit your trunk the best. Put a little duct tape on the bottom inside the trunk to prevent any leaking for peace of mind.
