It is supposedly sold at Home Depot. But the last time I went looking for it I was told it was sold out.

    plastidip....

I have unsuccessfully tried Home Depot a couple times. Lowes has been where I've gotten it.

^This. Check out their kits, $300ish bucks for a few gallons of dip, spray gun and everything else you need.

My steelies are plastidipped. Home Depot only had black, but I found NAPA has a full color selection. I picked red:

First plasti-dipped them black, liked it for a few weeks, then decided white would look cool, I went to peel the black off, and it was a nightmare because i didn't do nearly enough coats, so I did some research and learned, you can spray wet plasti-dip on dry plasti-dip and rather then forming a layer ontop of the dry plasti-dip, it forms a bond with it. So I then bought 8 cans of white, 2 can on each wheel, and I enjoyed white for about a month until brake dust became annoying, so I think peeled it all off and did 2 cans of black on each wheel, so they are black again

Any pics of your rims on black?

I've thought of doing my stockers in gold plastidip, but I've heard they come out darker than what is ok the can. So i think I'm doing gold paint instead... Still on the fence about it...

If I tried this stuff on my wheels, can I just pressure wash it off if I don't like it?

It peels off rather easy... If your lucky you can peel it off in one big peel rather going back at it in parts. So it slowly and after about an inch or so grab it from where it's closest stuck on the rim. I had to do and peel off my center console too many times cause I kept on getting bubbles or over spray... You should be fine.
