    Should I buy 17" or 18" rims?

    I want to buy new rims, not sure on the rim yet mainly because I'm not sure what size to go for. I was hoping you guys could nudge me in a direction or better yet, Show me some pics of your Subbies Aftermarket rims!

    I have the stock WRX 16x6.5 rims which are fine but... I just want to upgrade.

    Please show me pics of your Subaru's!

    I'm a function > form guy, so that tells you where my opinion originates from.

    17s will be cheaper, lighter, and have less expensive tires than a comparable 18". Simple choice, to me...

    I like the look of 18's on the 3rd gen body style, just because I think they look better with the larger body. The older gens the 17's look great. But as has been mentioned, cost/performance-wise, the 17's are going to be your best bet.

    I would send a link to my stock 18's but I don't think you care about the look on a 3rd gen
