I have similar overlays...Pretty cheap solution to customizing that piece. Where do you pick up the plasti dip and which product is it? I went to their website and there are a ton of different kinds.

Hey man, I just got my overlays in the mail. Do you have to take off the badges to put them on? And do you need the plasti dip? It seems like its just a sticker to me I couldn't just stick it on?? Can you explain my options I'm a little lost! Haha

I have the overlays too and I agree with 11blackwrx...The chrome outline just doesn't look right with the dark overlays.

On a side note...The overlays are very easy to put on. You can put them on and take them off to make sure the placement is correct as long as you don't press it on too hard. Just tap it lightly until you get the right position, and then press down with more force to get it really on there. Once you press down pretty good on it don't try to take it off again or you will stretch it out and ruin it.

i love the overlay but it just sits over the emblem and that leave a chrome ring around the edge of the badge

its just like a big sticker, all you have to do is line it up and as long as you dont press down hard you can take an egde and slowly peel it up
