I have an ebay lip. Mostly it just takes all the scrapes instead of my bumper. Seeing as I payed very little for it, I don't really care. It looks half decent and it protects my car.
do u have any pics oakff252?
I don't actually. I'll try to snap one quick tomorrow. It's pretty generic really.
yah thats somthing like what i want just a added 1inch or two in the front
Wait! I lied. Only cell phone pics though. I forgot how much I just bask in all that is my car sometimes.
A couple from a day out kayaking, also with rack.
Still I'll try to get a good one tomorrow.
How difficult was it to install the front lip?

The thing I found with ebay lip spoilers is that you get what you pay for (as with everything else). I got one for $150 and ended up returning it because it fit weird and I didn't want to put a piece of crap on my STi. I have ordered a carbon fiber one but it has not showed up yet. That being said, if you are looking for protection and don't care what it looks like, most people can get the cheap poly ones to work. I can't imagine paying full price for a subaru one.
I've had 2 eBay lips. Neither of them were from baysonr. Fitment is perfect. Can't beat it for $60.
When you get the lip I highly suggest painting it satin black. It looks better and helps protect it better when you scrape.

ive had 2 lips on another car from ebay. held up nice. the one cracked because i hit a big chunk of ice with it. kind of ripped it off the bumper and it shattered. the lip i had for my wrx fit well, no problems with. going to order a v limited style on like that ^ and a prodrive style one soon
'13 with $90 Ebay lip... It's looks subtle and it's absorbed many scrapes already...
Need to redo it with a better mounting solution.

That's what I got. Once the original mounts got ripped out I justed used zip ties for now. They just kinda break away and are easily replaced. Just dont hold it as firmly or exactly lined up but from the front it looks fine. I'd like something like Wrxtreme but it would get ripped off in my driveway.
