    front bumper lock tabs

okay so backing out of my friends driveway, it dips down and my bumper scrubbed the grass. which i heard a pop.

so i got out and noticed my lower fender well cover or w/e that is under the front bumper had popped out, and also where the bumper mounts under the headlight, there is the round plug type retainer and a few inches over there is a almost square lock tab.... well anyways that lock tab broke.. is this part of the bumper or the front clip.

i dont have any pictures of my car specific but ill see what i can do.

hope someone can help me here. i dont want this to randomly slip down and drag.. etc..Click image for larger version.
