Sound is loud and meaner... The stock horns were just wimpy in my opinion. Easy install , took off the front bumper in 5 mins.

I installed mine in the wheel well, above the fender liner.

Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.
Contemplating installing a second set in mine. Not sure if I wanna do the subiemods harness for the second set though.....

I put the relay dead center.. just use a good quality sealed relay. With the sport grill and the factory grill that center support piece should shield the relay well enough that it shouldn't matter.
Just dont go submerging the car and I'm sure it wont be an issue at all.
OH.. and be careful if you do ever change the relay for any odd reason. The terminals on the included hella relay are not standard config. If you do need to change it pay close attention to the terminal layout of the new relay and adjust the harness to match.![]()

With there harness you just plug it into the horn up front and disconnect the side one on passenger?

Man, I need to get into the wire harness business. $35 for what's essentially an extension cord?!
It's my belief that soldering should be a basic car tinkering skill. You can make this harness with less than $5 in Radioshack parts, free if you keep such stuff stocked, as I do. This is the perfect project to get your feet wet on making your own harnesses. I've made my own for every electrical mod to date without a single failure or damage to any of them.
