I have a question though, supposedly you can peel this stuff right back off later. My question is can you scrub the bugs out of it without it peeling up?

I think it was more a contrast of shiny white pearl vs flat black, with a sharp defined cut off, that caused the gaping hole vibe, it just looked like part of my field of vision was somehow missing

Im pretty sure you can scrub it no problem. The only way it peels off is if you start from a corner or pierce it and then start peeling. Its pretty cool stuff!

Mopar used to do satin black with their shaker hoods. I always loved the look. Good job man.

Same deal, guy I bought it from worked at a vinyl shop. He wrapped the roof, side mirrors, made that decal as well as an SPT one on the back. He also made a strip to go on the lip of the front bumper to cover the freaking crack.

Few questions. My friend thinks we can plasti-dip my wheels with clear to protect them. Is that possible and if so is it a good idea? Also, did you plasti-dip the emblems, because I want to black mine out as well!

You can do the wheels no problem. I believe there are some threads already that show various ways. Im not sure about clear over the plasti-dip. In theory I would think it would work, but to me the best part about the stuff is the ability to peel it off when your done. I think you would loose that if you put a clear coat over it. I would be interested to see how it would look though!
