    Haha! Thanx - I really appreciate it. I think the mfr states 5.9" ground clearance for STI, 6.1" for WRX. So I'll aim for about 3.25" from the ground to the bottom of the flaps to make it close.

    EDIT: I just realized that I did my math backwards - but I'm still going to aim for 3.25". Thanx everybody!

    Your aim is pretty good! I just went out and measured on my 2012 WRX sedan, and my fronts clear about 3", whereas the rears clear about 3.25". Note- when you go to do the install, the flaps will take some fine tweaking to get perfectly level on both sides.
