^ Lol yeah I can imagine how much of an upgrade your WRX is.

But I honestly loved that Civic. I easily got 30+ mpg without even trying, no problem. Anddd, it had 300,000 miles on it just before I traded it! Awesome first car I'd say.

Yea thats true I do miss scrounging for pocket change to fill up with and knowing that'll it'll last me for a long time. Course gas was much cheaper in the late 90s but I still drove the crap out of my car and still got awesome mpg.

Funny story (only because nothing happened) my sister got that car after me and a week later the brake pad fell off while she was driving down the road! ah the good ole days of first cars...

That's nuts! How does a brake pad just fall off lol. Glad nothing happened but that does suck. Another reason why I'd never buy a Hyundai haha

A 95 240sx w/ sr20det 5 spd swap, LSD, cold air intake and tanabe r exuast. Not sure what the horse was but in was built to drift and would get sideways with just a lil wiggle of your toes on the gas.

Now THAT sounds like pure fun! I've always admired that model 240. And besides according to Keiichi Tsuchiya, its not about the hp its about the suspension setup and driver skill. Just curious, if you ever took her out in the snow to dink around with her? Thats assuming you GET snow of course....hmm would've paid to check where you're from before asking that question.

My buddy has an 89 240sx that he went crazy on.. He loves to drift haha... We actually dropped the sr20 into a very very clean 89 coupe and he hit a curb and totaled it so we pulled the motor, dropped it into an 89 hatch that he bought for $200, gutted the piss out of it, put a bigger turbo (garret 30-76 i believe), injectors, and map ecu. He is doing a cam and head work this winter... He is also switching over to Road Racing this summer. The car runs really hard but gets scary cuz it doesn't weigh anything.. Its setup for drift, not drag and he raced a cummins for $500 and smoked it, it was pretty funny cuz everyone was talking ****.

There's a local guy around here with a nice maroon 240. Run into him a couple times. He's putting down ~300whp. It's pretty fast...

They are very fun. The great thing is you can wreck em and get another for a lil of nothing. I did take it out last winter when we had our snow storms. Loved it!! Looking for to playing in the snow with the subie!!
