    Sorry buddy, the Civic Si was offered in 1999-2000 then left the scene again till 2002 where it wasnt offered in blue, or in the coupe with the infamous B16a. 2003 is when blue came back.

    I currently drive a 1999 civic Si, blue...MODS:
    Skunk2 coilovers
    Koni yellow shocks
    DC short ram intake
    DC 4-1 JDM header
    Skunk2 stage 1 cams
    Skunk2 cam gears
    DC catback
    Type R valve springs
    Type R valves
    Light port and polish on the head
    CTR pistons, overbored version

    I was going to bring the motor back to near stock and go turbo. I have since decided to bring it back to near stock, sell the parts, pay the car off, and buy a 2004 WRX, probably toward the end of its first year when I can pick one up that they are trying to get off the lot. Best time in the SI is 14.3. Not to happy with it, love the car but I want something that has more class, 4 doors, a turbo and can be modded without being "just a civic" in the end.

    So, this will become my previous car, but my car prior to this was a 1998 mustang GT, procharger 12psi. Fast, but that was about it, car really didnt do it for me. I just love how the WRX is not only fast, but can get every damn option under the sun, and alot of great stuff standard as well.
    1999 Civic Si...I owe around 5k on it still
    04 WRX...I will be getting this in about 5k's time
